🥦 Garlic Mushrooms and Broccoli

 

✅ Ingredients:

 

1 medium head of broccoli, cut into florets

 

2 cups mushrooms (button, cremini, or your choice), sliced

 

4–5 cloves garlic, finely minced

 

2 tablespoons olive oil (or butter for a richer flavor)

 

1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional, for umami flavor)

 

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Red chili flakes (optional, for a little heat)

 

1 teaspoon lemon juice or zest (optional, for brightness)

Steam or blanch the broccoli:

 

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli florets and cook for 2–3 minutes until bright green and just tender.

 

Drain and set aside. (Alternatively, steam them.)
