Ingredients:
- 1¼ lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup diced onion
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ cup honey BBQ sauce
- 1 cup prepared macaroni & cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Topping:
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1½ tbsp yellow mustard
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a bowl, mix beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic powder, parsley, salt, pepper, and BBQ sauce.
- Shape mixture into a flat rectangle on the foil.
- Add mac and cheese and mozzarella down the center.
- Fold meat over filling and seal edges.
- Mix topping ingredients and spread over the loaf.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
