Ingredients:
4 slices of sourdough bread
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1 large tomato, sliced
8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 tablespoons butter, softened
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare Ingredients:
Slice the avocado, tomato, and mozzarella cheese.
Season the avocado slices with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble Sandwiches:
Take two slices of sourdough bread and layer with slices of mozzarella cheese, followed by avocado slices, tomato slices, and fresh basil leaves if using.
