Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken Roll-Ups:

 

Chicken Breasts – 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

 

Cheese (Mozzarella and Cheddar) – 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, 1 cup of shredded cheddar

 

Cream Cheese – 4 oz, softened

 

Garlic – 2 cloves, minced

 

Italian Seasoning – 1 tsp

 

Salt – ½ tsp (or to taste)

 

Pepper – ½ tsp (or to taste)

 

Olive Oil – 2 tbsp

 

Breadcrumbs – 1 cup (optional for extra crunch)

 

Parsley – Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 

Instructions:

 

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.

 

 

 

Step 2: Prepare the Chicken Breasts

 

If your chicken breasts are too thick, slice them in half horizontally to create thinner pieces. This will help the filling bake evenly and keep the chicken tender. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

 

 

 

Step 3: Make the Filling

 

In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir everything together until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
