Préparations :

1 lb beef flank steak, thinly sliced2 large onions, sliced2 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon oyster sauce1 tablespoon hoisin sauce2 cloves garlic, minced1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced1 tablespoon cornstarch2 tablespoons vegetable oil1 teaspoon sugar2 tablespoons waterGreen onions, chopped (for garnish)Cooked rice, for servingInstructionsMarinate Beef: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of sugar. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, water, and sugar. Set aside.Sauté Onions: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add onions and stir-fry until soft and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.Cook Beef: Add remaining oil. Stir-fry the marinated beef until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry 1 minute.
