Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter
5-6 pepperoncini peppers (or more,
to taste)
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation
Prepare the Pork Chops:
Season the pork chops lightly with
salt and pepper.
Layer Ingredients in the Crock-Pot:
Place the pork chops in the bottom
of the Crock-Pot. Sprinkle the ranch
dressing mix and au jus gravy mix
evenly over the top.
Add Butter and Peppers:
Cut the butter into pieces and place
it on top of the chops. Scatter the
pepperoncini peppers over
everything.
Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shreds with
a fork.
Serve: Once cooked, serve the pork chops
with the delicious gravy drizzled on
top. Garnish with fresh parsley if
desired.
