    • 1 ripe banana, peeled (fresh or frozen for a thicker smoothie)
    • 1/2 cup diced ripe mango (fresh or frozen)
    • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
    • 1/2 to 3/4 cup liquid (water, coconut water, almond milk, or your preferred milk)
      • Optional: 1-2 teaspoons honey, maple syrup, or other sweetener to taste
      • Optional: A handful of ice cubes (if using all fresh
      • fruit and want it colder)
      • Optional for garnish: A few fresh or frozen raspberries

      Equipment:

      • Blender

      Instructions:

      1. Prepare your ingredients: If using fresh fruit, peel the banana and dice the mango and pineapple.
      2. Add to blender: Combine the frozen raspberries, banana, mango, and pineapple in your blender.
      3. Add liquid: Pour in 1/2 cup of your chosen liquid.
        1. Blend: Start blending on low, gradually increasing the speed. If the smoothie is too thick, add more liquid, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
        2. Taste and adjust: Taste the smoothie and add sweetener if desired. Blend again briefly to combine.
        3. Serve: Pour the smoothie into a tall glass.
        4. Garnish (optional): Top with a few fresh or frozen raspberries for an appealing presentation.

        Tips and Variations:

        • For a thicker smoothie: Use frozen banana, mango, and/or pineapple. Reduce the amount of liquid.
        • For a thinner smoothie: Add more liquid.
        • Protein Boost: Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
        • Extra Nutrients: Toss in a handful of spinach (you won’t taste it!), chia seeds, or flax seeds.
        • Creamier Texture: Add a tablespoon of Greek yogurt or a quarter of an avocado.
        • Different Berries: Feel free to experiment with other frozen berries like strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries.
